Crédit Agricole Egypt is hiring Call Center Agents to handle customer inquiries, support banking services, and ensure high-quality customer experience across inbound and outbound communication channels.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries related to bank products, services & campaigns (Inbound/Outbound)
• Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively
• Meet assigned Call Center KPIs and performance targets
• Achieve monthly monitoring and CRM benchmarks
• Apply customer service policies and online support tools
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
• Deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Strong computer skills (MS Office applications)
