Revolut is hiring a Graduate Marketing Manager to join its Nordics Growth Team and take part in a fast-track development program across marketing, growth, and strategy.
This role is designed for ambitious graduates ready to work at the intersection of data, creativity, and global expansion.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Support and execute regional marketing strategies across Nordic markets
• Work on localized campaigns aligned with global growth initiatives
• Collaborate with teams across branding, media, events, and partnerships
• Analyze KPIs and use data to drive marketing decisions
• Build roadmaps for strategic marketing initiatives
• Participate in rotations across different marketing functions
Job Requirements:
• Fluency in Danish, Finnish, and/or Norwegian
• Graduated in 2024 or 2025 from a top university
• Strong academic performance (GPA 60%+ UK or 8/10 equivalent)
• Interest in marketing, tech, or entrepreneurship
• Strong project management & attention to detail
• Excellent communication & storytelling skills
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
• Full-time availability starting June 2026
⭐ Nice to Have:
• Internship experience in consulting or investment banking
• Exposure to retail banking or financial services
