Emirates NBD Egypt is hiring an HR Operations Coordinator to support end-to-end HR operational processes and employee lifecycle activities within a fast-paced banking environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle onboarding and resignation processes for FTE, STE, and Mission employees
• Communicate with candidates to collect required documents (medical, NID, I-Score, declarations)
• Review hiring documents and confirm joining dates
• Create employee records, HR IDs, and system access
• Coordinate payroll account openings with relevant departments
• Manage governmental documentation (Form 1, Labor Card)
• Prepare new joiner HR packs (contracts, JD, Code of Conduct, etc.)
• Coordinate medical documentation with C&B for medical card issuance
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year HR experience
• Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work in structured, process-driven environments
