Job Description:

🏢 Operations Executive | Remote | Fresh graduates. 📍 Dubai, United Arab Emirates 🏢 EFICYENT 🕒 Full Time EFICYENT is hiring an Operations Executive to support transaction monitoring, client communication, payment operations, and issue resolution while ensuring smooth and compliant financial operations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Monitor, verify, and approve transactions according to company procedures • Handle client inquiries regarding transaction status, delays, and payment issues • Investigate failed payments and beneficiary receipt concerns • Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners to resolve transaction issues • Communicate professionally with clients via email and other channels • Provide regular transaction updates and follow-up communications • Maintain and update MIS reports and Excel tracking sheets • Track, document, and resolve customer complaints and operational issues • Escalate critical cases when necessary • Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and operational efficiency in daily activities

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Banking, or related field • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply • Good written and verbal English communication skills • Basic knowledge of banking, remittance, payment operations, or financial services is preferred • Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer applications • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills ➕ Preferred: • Experience in customer support, banking operations, payment processing, or financial services • Knowledge of transaction monitoring and compliance procedures • Strong coordination and client handling skills
