A logistics company is hiring an Operations Executive to support freight forwarding and shipping operations while working remotely from Egypt.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily sea freight and air freight operations
• Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and customers
• Follow up on bookings, shipment status, and required documentation
• Prepare and review shipping documents (B/L, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
• Monitor shipments from origin to final delivery
• Communicate shipment updates and operational requirements to customers
• Resolve operational issues and ensure timely execution of shipments
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations
• Good knowledge of sea freight and air freight procedures
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and customs processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
