👔 Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) 📍 Cairo, Egypt (Remote) 🏢 Tawzef for Recruitment & HR Consultancy 🕒 Full Time | Remote Tawzef is hiring a Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide executive-level administrative support, manage communications, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fully remote work environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and appointments • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO • Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and stakeholders • Organize virtual meetings and prepare agendas and meeting minutes • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks • Manage emails, business correspondence, and executive documentation • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information • Support the CEO with daily administrative and operational activities

Job Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role • Very Good to Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Experience with virtual collaboration and communication tools • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment • Experience using Microsoft Office in a professional setting
