🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately
• Handle ATM operations including replenishment, captured cards, and daily reports
• Manage branch cash requirements and coordinate with central vault operations
• Investigate and resolve cash balancing discrepancies
• Detect counterfeit currencies, suspicious transactions, and operational risks
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and alternative banking channels
• Ensure adherence to customer service standards and branch KPIs
• Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues when required
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations, AML policies, and internal procedures
• Prepare and review daily operational reports
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent
• 0–2 years of experience
• Good command of Arabic and English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Service-oriented mindset
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and internet applications
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions
