Mashreq is looking for a Business Banking Zone Manager to lead and develop SME Relationship Management teams, drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and achieve business targets while delivering outstanding banking solutions and customer service.
🔹 **Key Responsibilities:**
✅ Lead, coach, and develop SME Relationship Managers and Liabilities teams
✅ Achieve business, revenue, and service targets across the assigned zone
✅ Build and maintain long-term relationships with SME clients
✅ Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer portfolio
✅ Promote cash management solutions, including collections and payment services
✅ Drive the adoption of digital and online banking solutions
✅ Monitor borrowing accounts and ensure healthy account conduct
✅ Support trade finance and working capital financing activities
✅ Improve team performance through training, coaching, and performance management
Job Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in Business Banking, SME Banking, or Relationship Management
✔ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔ Experience in business development and portfolio growth
✔ Knowledge of cash management, trade finance, and working capital solutions
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
✔ Ability to achieve business targets while maintaining high service standards
