In this role, you'll handle customer inquiries, resolve banking issues, identify sales opportunities, and provide professional guidance on retail banking products while ensuring an outstanding customer experience. 🔹 **Key Responsibilities:** ✅ Handle customer inquiries and banking requests over the phone ✅ Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty ✅ Resolve customer issues and complaints during the first interaction whenever possible ✅ Identify and convert sales opportunities to achieve business targets ✅ Explain banking products, services, and procedures clearly and professionally ✅ Capture customer feedback to support continuous service improvement ✅ Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and process charge or fee reversals when required ✅ Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, procedures, and service standards
