DHL Express is looking for a **Credit Controller** to join its Finance team.
### Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.
✅ Contact customers through calls and emails to resolve overdue payments.
✅ Investigate payment discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams.
✅ Monitor customer credit limits and assess credit risk.
✅ Build strong customer relationships to support efficient payment cycles.
✅ Prepare collection reports and aging analysis.
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and global standards.
✅ Collaborate with Sales and Finance to improve the Order-to-Cash process.
✅ Escalate high-risk accounts when necessary.
✅ Maintain accurate payment records within ERP systems.
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ Minimum **1 year** of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or a similar finance role.
✔ Excellent English communication skills.
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP).
✔ Strong negotiation, analytical, and customer service skills.
✔ Experience with **SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems** is a plus.
