### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Monitor and maintain enterprise Storage & Backup infrastructure to ensure maximum availability.
✅ Provide technical support to Infrastructure, Service Desk, and Desktop Support teams.
✅ Configure backup policies and manage backup/restore operations.
✅ Troubleshoot failed backup jobs and perform recovery tasks.
✅ Monitor and manage SAN Storage environments.
✅ Create and manage storage volumes and LUNs.
✅ Participate in infrastructure deployment, capacity planning, and system enhancements.
✅ Support production environments while maintaining high service availability.
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
✔ **Administrator:** 0–2 years of Storage & Backup administration experience.
✔ **Senior Administrator:** 2–5 years of relevant experience.
✔ Strong knowledge of **NetBackup** or similar Enterprise Backup solutions.
✔ Good understanding of **Backup Methods & Media Types**.
✔ Experience with **SAN technologies** (LUNs, Zoning, HBAs, WWNs).
✔ Experience with **VMAX, PowerStore, RecoverPoint, VPLEX, and SAN Switches**.
✔ Ability to perform backup monitoring, restore operations, troubleshooting, and storage administration.
