A leading **coffee manufacturing company** in Kafr El Zayat is hiring a **Customer Service & Sales Representative** to join its team.
### What You’ll Do
🔹 Communicate with customers and handle inquiries
🔹 Confirm and follow up on customer orders through the company system
🔹 Support the sales process and maintain smooth customer communication
🔹 Follow up on orders and ensure accurate information is updated in the system
🔹 Handle customer needs professionally and efficiently
Job Requirements:
✅ 3+ years of experience in **Customer Service or Sales**
✅ Order confirmation & follow-up experience is preferred
✅ Strong communication and customer-handling skills
✅ Good ability to work with company systems
✅ Ability to read and navigate an **English-language system**
