### What You’ll Do
🔹 Support AAIB’s annual salary increase and variable compensation cycles
🔹 Ensure compensation distributions comply with approved guidelines
🔹 Analyze internal pay trends and external market practices across local & regional markets
🔹 Support compensation solutions using market surveys and external consultant insights
🔹 Participate in **job evaluation, job mapping, and documentation** across AAIB and subsidiaries
🔹 Assist the Rewards Head with annual compensation budget planning
🔹 Prepare quarterly and annual **bank-wide compensation reports**
🔹 Support job offers while ensuring **internal equity** and alignment with external market benchmarks
Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field**
✅ Fresh Graduate to **3 years of HR experience**, preferably with a focus on **Reward Management**
✅ Excellent command of **Arabic & English**
✅ Excellent **MS Excel & Microsoft Office** skills
✅ Very good knowledge of HR systems such as **HITS, Oracle, etc.**
✅ Strong quantitative & qualitative analytical skills
✅ Strong numerical analysis and problem-solving abilities
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels
