### About the Role
Banque Misr is looking for an **IT Risk Officer** to support IT risk management, controls, compliance, and technology resilience across the organization.
### Core Responsibilities
🔹 Integrate IT controls into projects and system implementations
🔹 Conduct regular **IT control assessments and evaluations**
🔹 Identify control deficiencies and recommend remediation measures
🔹 Collaborate with **Internal Audit & Information Security** teams on testing and monitoring plans
🔹 Analyze assessment results and support control remediation
🔹 Monitor regulatory requirements, industry standards, and IT control best practices
🔹 Work with **ICT Compliance & Legal** teams to ensure regulatory alignment
🔹 Provide guidance and support throughout remediation activities
🔹 Develop and implement an **IT Resilience Strategy** aligned with business objectives
🔹 Integrate IT resilience into the organization’s **Business Continuity Management** framework
🔹 Establish monitoring processes for IT systems and services resilience
🔹 Promote awareness of technology risks and preparedness
🔹 Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and **Disaster Recovery** best practices
Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in **IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field**
✅ Master’s degree is an advantage
✅ **1+ year of experience** in IT Risk Management or a related role
✅ Familiarity with **IT infrastructure, systems & data protection concepts**
✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
