**About the Role**
Palm Outsourcing is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a UK-based creative agency serving clients across beauty, wellness, hospitality, and lifestyle.
You will manage client relationships, coordinate creative projects, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact.
- Translate client goals and feedback into clear creative briefs.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and team communication.
- Work closely with designers and strategists to maintain brand consistency.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts.
- Support onboarding of new clients.

Job Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, client services, or project coordination.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience in a creative, branding, or marketing environment is preferred.
- Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Trello, Plutio, Slack, or similar tools.
- Confidence in managing client conversations professionally.
