Job Description:
🏦 **ATM Operations Officer - Fresh Graduates - Banque Misr**
📍 **Location:** Cairo, Egypt
🎓 **Eligible Graduation Years:** 2024, 2025 & 2026
💼 **Experience:** Fresh Graduates
🎓 **Education:** Bachelor's Degree
**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor daily ATM network performance and availability to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Coordinate ATM cash replenishment and monitor cash levels to prevent shortages or excess cash.
- Track ATM transactions, investigate failed transactions, and resolve operational discrepancies.
- Handle ATM-related customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Work with IT teams, maintenance providers, and vendors to resolve technical issues and ATM breakdowns.
- Monitor ATM cash balancing, reconciliation, and settlement activities.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates from 2024, 2025, or 2026 are welcome to apply.
- Excellent Arabic and English documentation and report-writing skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
