Data Entry Clerk
(Junior Level / Fresh Grad)
Job Description
Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
Verify the integrity and accuracy of data before entering it into relevant platforms.
Review and correct data discrepancies or errors as identified.
Organize and file digital and physical documents for easy retrieval and reference.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks.
Generate routine and ad-hoc reports based on data collected and entered.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
Follow established procedures and guidelines for data management and entry.
Assist with data cleansing and validation projects as required.
Support other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry tasks.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using data entry software, spreadsheets, and office applications.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify data inconsistencies.
Adaptability to changing priorities and workloads.
Commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining productivity.
