Taskify AI — in partnership with Mercor — is hiring experienced Order Clerks to support a leading AI research lab working on next-generation machine learning systems.
You’ll help diagnose workflow inefficiencies and contribute directly to improving how AI understands real business operations. ⚙️🤖
This is a flexible, remote opportunity for candidates with strong order-management experience.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Build structured deliverables that simulate real-world order workflows
✔️ Review and refine peer submissions for accuracy
✔️ Identify communication gaps and documentation patterns in the order lifecycle
✔️ Provide domain insights to improve AI understanding of operational processes
🎯 Ideal Qualifications
✔️ Strong understanding of: order entry, tracking, invoicing, customer follow-up
✔️ Excellent written communication + high attention to detail
✔️ Ability to work independently & asynchronously
✔️ Experience in fulfillment / operations / order management
💼 Project Details
• Fully remote + asynchronous
