🔧 Key Responsibilities
Redress Processing
Submit redress requests to major carriers on behalf of clients 📩
Follow SOPs with 100% accuracy ✅
Maintain detailed logs of submissions and outcomes 📊
Systems Navigation
Operate across multiple platforms daily including internal admin tools, client portals, and carrier systems 💻
Efficiently switch between systems without errors 🔄
Customer & Internal Communication
Provide status updates to clients (90% email, 10% phone) 📧📞
Escalate and resolve issues according to guidance ⚡
Performance Execution
Meet daily processing targets while maintaining accuracy 🏆
Adhere strictly to workflows and quality standards 📋
🎯 Qualifications & Skills
2–3 years in data entry, clerical, or operations support experience 📚
Experience with CRM, ticketing, or workflow management systems is a plus
Telecommunications or carrier operations background is advantageous
Exceptional attention to detail, typing proficiency 55–60 WPM (95%+ accuracy) ⌨️
