The ideal candidate will oversee contract administration, negotiate agreements, reduce risks, and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success across all phases. ✔️
📋 Key Responsibilities
📝 Manage all contract activities to ensure efficient workflows
🤝 Review, negotiate & finalize contracts (construction, purchase orders, service agreements)
⚖️ Assess & mitigate contract risks throughout the project lifecycle
👥 Collaborate with project managers, legal teams & stakeholders
⏱️ Monitor contract performance, deliverables & timelines
🏗️ Ensure full compliance with industry standards & legal requirements
📘 Develop and implement contract administration best practices
🎓 Train & guide teams on contract management principles
🎯 Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
🏗️ Minimum 8 years’ experience in contract administration (construction industry)
👨💼 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
📑 Strong understanding of construction contracts & terminology
🤝 Excellent negotiation, analytical & problem-solving skills
💻 Proficiency in contract management software + MS Office
