🎯 Key Responsibilities
📞 Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media
🚚 Assist with orders, tracking, returns, cancellations & refunds
🤝 Handle escalated complaints professionally and efficiently
🔗 Coordinate with logistics, warehouse & finance to resolve operational issues
🧾 Log customer interactions accurately into CRM platforms
📢 Support eCommerce promotions, product launches & campaigns
📊 Identify recurring issues & recommend process improvements
🧩 Requirements
🎓 Bachelor's degree preferred
🛒 Minimum 1 year of eCommerce customer service experience
💬 Excellent English (written & spoken)
🛍 Experience with Shopify, Magento, or other platforms
🗂 CRM experience (Zendesk / Freshdesk)
⚡ Strong problem-solving skills
🔄 Ability to work rotational shifts
