Job Description:
Develop and implement HR department from scratch aligned with the overall business objectives.
Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a timely and professional manner.
Design and execute performance management systems to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
Lead organizational development initiatives, including training, career development, and succession planning.
Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to inform strategic decision-making.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in handling employee relations and conflict resolution.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in the perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury goods industry is an advantage.
