Job Description:
• Lead global logistics operations across multiple countries
• Develop and execute logistics strategies aligned with business growth
• Manage international freight (air, sea, road) and forwarding activities
• Oversee customs clearance, import/export compliance, and trade documentation
• Optimize transportation costs, delivery timelines, and service levels
• Manage 3PLs, carriers, and logistics providers
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and logistics performance metrics
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, warehouse, and sales teams
• Identify cross-border risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
• 8–12 years of logistics/supply chain experience with global exposure
• Proven experience managing multi-country logistics operations
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs regulations, and trade compliance
• Experience with ERP systems and transportation management tools
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills
• Ability to work effectively across time zones in a remote setup
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
