Job Purpose 🎯
This role ensures the smooth, organized, and efficient operation of the CFO office. As a Finance Admin, you will be the key link between the CFO, senior leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders—handling sensitive information, complex schedules, and high-level coordination with exceptional professionalism.
Responsibilities 🔹
Manage the CFO’s complex calendar, appointments, meetings & travel ✈️
Prepare agendas, reports & presentations for high-level meetings
Screen and prioritize emails, calls & documents
Arrange travel itineraries including flights, hotels & transport
Prepare & process expense reports accurately
Maintain confidential records and ensure secure documentation
Conduct research & compile information upon request 📑
Oversee daily operations of the CFO office
Manage office supplies & anticipate needs
Coordinate internal/external meetings, logistics & tech support
Act as the main liaison between CFO & key stakeholders
Draft correspondence, reports, and official communication
Build strong relationships at all organizational levels
Handle sensitive information with full confidentiality 🔒
Job Requirements ✔️
Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management, or related field
5–7 years experience supporting senior executives
Strong experience in managing complex schedules
Exceptional organizational & problem-solving skills
Bilingual proficiency (Arabic & English)
Mastery of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work with confidential info discreetly
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Experience in real estate, hospitality, or tourism is a plus
Knowledge of El Gouna operations is an advantage
