Majid Al Futtaim Retail (MAF) is seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate Manager – Supply Chain to join our Retail Discount business. This role ensures efficient stock flow, timely replenishment, and product availability across our stores and distribution centers in line with our promise of affordability, reliability, and excellent customer service.

Location:

📍 Head Office, KSA

Role Responsibilities:

📦 Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning to prevent stock-outs

📊 Assist in demand forecasting by analyzing sales data, market trends, and store feedback

🏬 Coordinate product allocation to stores based on assortment and sales priorities

🚚 Work with warehouses and logistics providers to ensure smooth inbound/outbound flows and timely deliveries

⏱ Track order fulfillment, lead times, and delivery performance; escalate delays when necessary

🤝 Collaborate with suppliers and Commercial teams to manage delivery schedules, resolve discrepancies, and align on promotional volumes

📈 Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards on stock availability, service levels, and delivery performance

⚙ Support process improvements, system updates, and compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

📅 3+ years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management, preferably within Retail, FMCG, or discount/value retail

📊 Strong analytical and numerical skills

💻 Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP/supply chain systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)

🤝 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

📝 Detail-oriented, team player, able to work under pressure
