Position Summary

The Indirect Procurement Manager will lead and manage the sourcing of indirect goods and services, including tools, PPE, process materials, IT, facility services, and administrative services. The role focuses on cost-effective procurement, supplier performance, and alignment with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Category Management: Develop sourcing strategies, conduct market analysis, and lead RFI/RFQ processes for competitive pricing.

Supplier Relationship Management: Negotiate contracts and SLAs, monitor supplier KPIs, and maintain strong partnerships.

Cost Optimization & Budget Control: Implement cost reduction initiatives, track spend and savings, and ensure alignment with financial targets.

Risk Management & Compliance: Standardize procurement processes, ensure legal and policy compliance, and mitigate supplier risks.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Operations, Finance, IT, and HR to align procurement strategies with organizational needs.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

Certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or equivalent are a plus.

7–10 years of procurement experience, including 3+ years in managerial roles focused on indirect procurement, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.

Fluent in Arabic & English.
