Role Summary
The Distribution Manager plays a critical role in ensuring efficient and compliant distribution operations across Egypt. This role oversees the full movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensures adherence to J&J SOPs, and owns the Patients’ Affordability Program (PAP) end to end across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for distribution partners
Oversee end-to-end distribution operations in line with J&J SOPs
Own and manage the Patients’ Affordability Program (PAP) across JENA
Analyze sales and market data to drive growth and optimize distribution
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure distributor training to improve service quality and performance
Align with internal business partners for operational efficiency
Monitor market trends impacting current and future business
Performance Objectives
Optimize on-time delivery from distributor to end user
Improve order lead time and customer satisfaction
Ensure order accuracy in line with J&J standards and Credo values
Minimize lost orders through cross-functional coordination
Ensure full PAP compliance with J&J SOPs
Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Pharmaceutical Studies, or related field
(Postgraduate studies are an advantage)
📌 Experience:
6–7+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry
🌐 Languages:
Fluent in Arabic & English
