Job Description
GB Corp is hiring a Fleet Operations Manager to lead and optimize fleet operations while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost control. The role is critical in managing vehicles, drivers, and operational strategies to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies to meet performance targets
Ensure full compliance with vehicle licensing, permits, and regulations
Make sound operational decisions with a holistic view of fleet impact
Utilize GPS and telematics systems to optimize routing and delivery efficiency
Negotiate and manage contracts with fuel suppliers, service providers, and vendors
Manage fleet budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization
Lead, mentor, and supervise fleet teams and support staff
Motivate drivers and operational teams to achieve high performance
Handle team conflicts professionally and fairly
Provide training on fleet systems, GPS, and implemented technologies
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
Professional certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation is a plus
Minimum 6 years of experience in fleet or transportation operations
Very good command of Microsoft Office
Very good command of English (spoken and written)
