Job Description
Value Business Planning is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all core HR functions. The role focuses on recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR analytics to support business growth and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all core HR functions including organizational design, recruitment, and performance management
Support end-to-end recruitment by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating communications, and assisting with onboarding
Design and implement performance management systems and analyze results for actionable insights
Develop training plans and career development programs to enhance employee capabilities
Analyze HR KPIs to support decision-making and improve HR processes
Maintain and update employee records including personnel files, contracts, attendance, and leave
Manage employee relations and improve workplace satisfaction and engagement
Design and manage fair incentive, reward, and benefits systems that drive performance
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–6 years of experience managing comprehensive HR functions
High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Proactive problem-solver with creative approaches to improve HR operations
Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
