Job Description
Egytrans is seeking a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient front-desk experience. This role is critical to maintaining the company’s professional image and supporting smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors promptly and direct them to the appropriate person or office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Fulfill internal purchase requests for office supplies at the best available prices
Monitor office supply levels and ensure no shortages occur
Follow up with vendors and ensure timely and accurate payments
Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
Support general administrative tasks as required
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar front-desk role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.)
Professional attitude and appearance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good negotiation and vendor follow-up skills
High level of organization, multitasking, and time management
Customer-service mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
University degree is required (students will not be accepted)
