🔍 Key Responsibilities

As a Finance Specialist, you will be expected to perform end-to-end financial analysis with precision and clarity:

Review and interpret company financial statements and regulatory disclosures

Cross-validate narrative sections with underlying quantitative data

Calculate key financial metrics including YoY growth, margins, leverage ratios, cash-flow indicators, and more

Identify and articulate primary drivers of financial performance

Assess risks, trends, and operational indicators across filings

Deliver concise, well-structured written analyses to support AI training and financial research applications

This role requires both technical accuracy and strategic thinking—surface-level analysis won’t cut it.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should bring solid experience and a high analytical IQ:

2+ years in investment banking, private equity, equity research, FP&A, or management consulting

Strong knowledge of financial modeling, accounting principles, and valuation frameworks

Hands-on experience with 10-K, 10-Q, MD&A, footnotes, and segment reporting

Ability to interpret data trends and link numbers to business realities

Excellent written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial topics

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently without supervision
