📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Noon, the leading consumer commerce platform in the MENA region, is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to manage end-to-end delivery operations including first, middle, and last-mile responsibilities. The role ensures efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction across delivery and fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage delivery teams including associates, shift leaders, fleet coordinators, and support staff
Oversee vehicle readiness, route planning, and daily operational walk-throughs
Conduct safety and security audits
Monitor and drive performance across delivery and fleet metrics
Ensure timely payroll, attendance, and incentive processing
Manage roster planning, staff productivity, and conflict resolution
Oversee cash collection and reconciliation (if COD applies)
Train staff on SOPs, safety, and operational systems
Analyze and implement improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and customer experience
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in operations managing large teams in logistics, delivery, or fleet operations
Proven experience in 3PL/vendor management
Strong analytical and business skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel, and reporting
