🏭 Materials Control Manager – MADKOUR

📍 Location: Cairo, Egypt

MADKOUR is seeking an experienced Materials Control Manager to lead material planning, inventory control, and distribution activities across utility operations. The role ensures material availability, cost efficiency, compliance, and seamless coordination with procurement, warehouse, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement material control policies, procedures, and KPIs

Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages while minimizing excess stock

Oversee receiving, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials and spare parts

Coordinate closely with Procurement, Engineering, Projects, and Maintenance teams

Monitor material consumption, forecasting, and demand planning

Ensure compliance with company standards, HSE requirements, and regulations

Lead and develop the material control and warehouse teams

Prepare regular inventory, variance, and cost control reports

Ensure proper use of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar)

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

Minimum 15 years experience in material control or inventory management, preferably in utilities, power plants, or infrastructure projects

Strong knowledge of material planning, warehousing, and inventory optimization

Hands-on experience with ERP systems

Excellent leadership, analytical, and coordination skills
