🔹 Job Purpose
The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising aviation and marine transportation operations for all offshore locations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of personnel, materials, and freight in line with company standards and HSE requirements.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✈️ Aviation & Marine Operations
Plan and optimize aviation and marine transportation methods to ensure maximum utilization of available resources
Supervise flight schedules, passenger movements, and offshore transport plans
Monitor helicopter and vessel operations to prevent delays and operational disruptions
Control passenger prioritization and manage abnormal or urgent operational requirements
🚢 Offshore Logistics & Coordination
Coordinate receipt, dispatch, temporary storage, and forwarding of air and sea freight, materials, and spare parts
Supervise offshore utility vessels and crew boats in coordination with users
Manage jet fuel requirements across offshore locations with continuous follow-up
🛡 Safety & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with HSE standards during embarking/disembarking operations
Supervise safe operation of helipads, helidecks, and marine landing areas
Ensure all personnel, service providers, and passengers adhere to operational procedures
👥 Team & Contractor Management
Supervise in-field teams and contracted service providers
Ensure optimal allocation and utilization of supervisors across offshore operations
Conduct training and performance monitoring to improve operational efficiency
📊 Reporting & Optimization
Maintain daily movement data records for aviation and marine activities
Provide operational reports and inputs for management MIS
Identify process improvements aligned with ISO and industry best practices
🔹 Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation, Marine, Logistics, or equivalent discipline
🛢 Experience
8–9 years of experience in offshore aviation and marine logistics operations
Previous experience within Oil & Gas environments is highly preferred
🧠 Skills
Strong coordination and planning skills
High safety awareness and risk identification capability
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluent in English and Arabic
