We are looking for a high-impact Industrial Distributor Manager to lead and develop a dynamic lubricant distribution network in Cairo.

This role operates in a fast-moving, highly competitive industrial market, targeting SMEs and medium industrial companies.

🎯 Key Responsibilities


🔹 Drive and monitor distributor sales performance (volume, margins, collections)

🔹 Develop and execute channel sales & marketing strategies

🔹 Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and onboard new partners

🔹 Negotiate contracts, targets, product mix, and investments

🔹 Monitor competitors and adapt strategies accordingly

🔹 Implement and enforce HSEQ policies, Total Golden Rules & ethical standards

🔹 Coordinate training programs to maximize distributor efficiency

🔹 Lead monthly reviews, quarterly business reviews, and annual distributor seminars

🔹 Coordinate closely with Marketing on promotions, forecasts, and campaigns

🔹 Ensure full compliance with Anti-Corruption, Antitrust, and Code of Conduct policies


👤 Candidate Profile


✔ University degree (Engineering or Business)

✔ 4+ years of experience in lubricants distribution (non-negotiable)

✔ Proven experience in B2B industrial sales & channel management

✔ Fluent in Arabic & English

✔ Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills

✔ High ethical standards and strong safety culture mindset

✔ Proactive, organized, and performance-driven
