🔵 Procurement Supervisor – Cairo 3A Group | Cairo, Egypt

Cairo 3A Group is hiring a Procurement Supervisor to lead and optimize daily procurement operations for FMCG and manufacturing activities.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management experience, aiming to support production efficiency and business growth.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Supervise the full procurement cycle: sourcing, quotations, negotiation, PO issuance, and delivery follow-up.

Ensure materials/services are procured with the right quantity, quality, price, and timing.

Coordinate with production, planning, warehouse, finance, and quality teams for smooth supply operations.

Identify and qualify new suppliers to improve the supplier base.

Conduct periodic negotiations to secure the best commercial terms.

Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, service) and take corrective actions when required.

Maintain vendor files, contracts, and procurement documentation.

Analyze procurement spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Implement strategic sourcing and cost-reduction initiatives.

Ensure compliance with budgets, SOPs, internal audit standards, and procurement policies.

Review and validate PRs and POs.

Keep accurate procurement records and supplier databases updated.

Support NPD projects by sourcing new materials and suppliers.

Coordinate with finance for invoice matching, payment terms, and resolving discrepancies.

Supervise, coach, and develop procurement officers and buyers.

Promote teamwork and adherence to procurement best practices.

🎯 Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

5–7 years of procurement experience, including 3+ years in FMCG or manufacturing.

Strong understanding of raw materials, packaging, and engineering spare parts.

Hands-on experience in strategic sourcing and negotiation.

Strong analytical and cost-optimization skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Excellent communication and vendor management skills.

High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
