📌 Position: Senior Internal Auditor

About the Role:

ADES – Advanced Energy Systems is looking for a skilled Senior Internal Auditor to lead and support audit engagements across the organization. You will evaluate internal controls, identify operational risks, and recommend improvements to enhance governance, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed audits in line with internal audit plans

Analyze processes and transactions to identify risks or inefficiencies

Document and evaluate internal controls

Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings

Monitor corrective action implementation

Collaborate with departments to foster a strong audit culture

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audit best practices

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 3 years of internal audit experience

Professional qualifications (CIA, CFE, GRCP, GRCA) preferred

Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 31000, ISO 37301, ISO 37000)

Proficiency in audit tools, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
