SAL is seeking a dynamic Supply Acquisition Lead to expand our manufacturing network for decorative lighting production. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-efficient production across all material categories.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and workshops.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms.

Maintain and update supplier databases and cost sheets.

Collaborate with R&D and production teams to source specialized/custom materials.

Monitor supplier performance: quality, timeliness, and cost.

Resolve supplier conflicts, including quality disputes and delivery issues.

Support internal production expansion with specialized tools, equipment, and labor.

Who We Are Looking For:

Experience in manufacturing, production, or sourcing management roles.

Background in the lighting industry is a plus.

Strong negotiation, market research, and relationship management skills.

Technical understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.

Proficiency in Excel and basic computer reporting tools.
