The Transportation Specialist is responsible for coordinating fleet schedules, monitoring routes, and resolving operational issues. The role ensures smooth delivery performance, reduces operational costs, and supports overall logistics efficiency.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily fleet operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring vehicles

Schedule drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers

Monitor vehicle performance and delivery routes, adjusting plans to optimize fuel consumption and delivery times

Respond promptly to operational issues or emergencies during delivery

Support logistics efficiency across the organization

🎓 Requirements & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent (additional education/training in logistics is a plus)

Proven experience in fleet management or similar roles, preferably in delivery operations

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
