Dandy is seeking a proactive Administration Manager to oversee administrative operations, vendor relationships, and office efficiency across the MENA region. This role supports IT and finance functions while ensuring smooth, well-coordinated workplace operations.


🧩 Job Summary


The Administration Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of office and administrative operations, supporting teams across multiple functions, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency. The role also ensures a productive workplace, coordinates vendor and contractor activities, and drives process improvements.


📌 Key Responsibilities


Office & Administrative Management:


Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity


Supervise administrative staff, assign tasks, and manage performance


Maintain office systems, supplies, equipment, and facilities


Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and best practices


Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including contracts, payments, and performance tracking


Prepare and present administrative, budget, and operational reports


Coordinate with finance for invoices, reconciliation, and budget planning


Serve as a liaison with IT for office-related support and vendor management


Employee Services & Workplace Experience:


Support onboarding and offboarding processes


Manage office events and employee engagement activities


Ensure a safe, organized, and professional workplace


🎓 Requirements & Skills


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field


3–5+ years of administrative or office management experience, preferably in fast-paced environments


Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills


Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


Proficiency in office software and administrative systems


Experience in vendor management, budgeting, or IT coordination is a plus
