Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank – Egypt is seeking a Stores & Document Archiving Head to oversee inventory, stock movement, and electronic document archiving across multiple sites. This role ensures operational efficiency, accurate record-keeping, and effective document management for the bank.


🧩 Job Summary


The Stores & Document Archiving Head is responsible for managing inward and outward stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, implementing cost reduction strategies, supervising staff, and overseeing electronic archiving processes. The role also involves coordinating with third-party carriers, supervising scanning and indexing operations, and supporting branch and departmental document retrieval needs.


📌 Key Responsibilities


Manage inward and outward stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records


Oversee electronic archiving, scanning, and indexing of documents


Coordinate with third-party carriers and courier services


Implement cost reduction measures across store activities


Supervise and motivate multi-site staff, assign tasks, and ensure workflow efficiency


Prepare budgets, track expenditures, and analyze variances


Investigate warehouse issues, including damaged or missing stock


Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards


Review processes and recommend improvements


Coordinate with outsourcing teams to achieve project goals


🎓 Requirements & Skills


Bachelor’s degree (required)


10 years of experience, with at least 4 years in electronic archiving


Experience managing multi-site stores with direct reports


Strong IT and warehouse systems knowledge


Problem-solving and supervisory skills
