Job Description:

📋 Oversee daily office operations & administrative staff 📂 Develop & implement office policies, procedures, and standards 🛒 Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination 📅 Organize meetings, appointments, and executive travel 📝 Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations 💰 Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting 🔒 Handle confidential information with discretion 🤝 Coordinate with other departments on cross-functional initiatives

Job Requirements:

✔ 1–7 years of experience in office management or administration ✔ Bachelor’s degree ✔ Excellent English (spoken & written); second language a plus ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ✔ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking skills ✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
