Job Description:
• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities for projects from RFQ → SOP → EOL
• Lead global sourcing for components, technologies, and suppliers
• Negotiate supplier agreements and manage supplier qualification processes
• Conduct cost analyses (BOM, TCO) and implement cost-reduction initiatives like VAVE, resourcing, and localization
• Support pre-development and customer projects with purchasing concepts and make-or-buy decisions
• Conduct global inquiries across lifecycle stages and support change processes (e.g., PCR)
• Serve as the purchasing interface across departments, participate in project milestones
• Monitor supplier milestones, capacity, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in project purchasing within manufacturing
• Strong expertise in BOM and cost analysis, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and contract/project management
• Professional proficiency in English
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, time management, and planning skills
