Job Description:
📄 Prepare and review insurance claim forms and supporting documentation
🧮 Calculate claim amounts based on policy terms, coverage limits & guidelines
📂 Maintain complete and compliant claim files
🔁 Submit claims for payment or escalate for investigation as required
📞 Communicate with policyholders and stakeholders to collect missing information
🤖 Review, validate & provide structured feedback on AI-generated claims outputs
📝 Ensure accuracy of insurance terminology and workflow alignment in AI content
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI training datasets
⚖️ Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal standards
Job Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in insurance claims processing and policy administration
✔ Strong understanding of insurance workflows & regulatory compliance
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
