Job Description:
📋 Complete inventory and fixed asset (FA) actions
🏷 Register, barcode & label university assets with proper reconciliation
📊 Maintain and update the Fixed Assets Register
🏢 Monitor warehouse physical condition and resolve issues proactively
📦 Supervise all warehouse operations and code warehouse items
📈 Maintain optimal stock levels and prevent overstocking
🔎 Conduct semi-annual, annual & surprise inventory checks
🔐 Update warehouse key register and manage handovers
📑 Prepare monthly & annual warehouse reports
👥 Supervise warehouse staff and monitor productivity
🚚 Track and coordinate receipt & storage of goods
⚙ Improve warehouse processes through strategic planning
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
✔ +5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management
✔ Proficiency in Inventory Management Software
✔ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent organizational, communication & time-management skills
