Job Description:
🚘 Manage daily passenger vehicle warehouse operations (receiving, storage, dispatch)
📋 Supervise vehicle receiving, inspection & documentation accuracy
📦 Control inventory levels and stock movement within warehouse systems
📍 Plan vehicle storage allocation for optimal space utilization & safety
🚚 Coordinate vehicle dispatch with sales & logistics teams
🛡 Implement safety, security & HSE handling procedures
🔎 Monitor vehicle condition and manage damage reporting & claims follow-up
👥 Supervise warehouse staff & third-party operators
📊 Prepare inventory and operational performance reports for management
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
✔ 8–10 years of experience in warehouse or fleet management
✔ Preferably within automotive or passenger vehicles industry
✔ Strong knowledge of inventory control & vehicle handling operations
