Job Description:

• Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow • Handle office supplies, procurement, and inventory control • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for documentation • Process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments • Track expenses and support budget monitoring • Coordinate internal communication across departments • Liaise with suppliers, partners, and external stakeholders • Support travel arrangements, events, and office logistics

Job Requirements:
