Job Description:
• Track and monitor international shipments across all transportation stages
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and fulfillment centers
• Resolve shipment issues proactively to avoid delays
• Analyze and report key logistics performance metrics
• Prepare regular operational reports for stakeholders
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company standards
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Experience in logistics, transportation, import/export, or data operations
• Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Advanced Excel and data handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
