Job Description:
• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure policy implementation
• Lead recruitment for factory roles (operators, technicians, supervisors)
• Manage workforce planning aligned with production needs
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
• Implement performance management and appraisal systems
• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Monitor payroll inputs, attendance, overtime, and leave records
• Support HSE initiatives and promote workplace safety
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification is a plus
• 7–10 years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing)
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of labor law, HR operations, and employee relations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
