Job Description:
• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations (inbound, storage, outbound)
• Manage fulfillment workflows and ensure timely order dispatch
• Analyze performance data to optimize workforce and operations
• Lead process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
• Manage and mentor Assistant Managers and warehouse teams
• Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
• Drive operational KPIs and delivery performance targets
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 6+ years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, or warehouse operations
• Strong experience with performance metrics and process improvement methodologies
• Proven leadership experience managing large teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or overnight when required
